Although Footwear etc. is a chain offering high quality comfortable options, this particular location has the feel of a small village mom and pop shop. I have purchased four pairs of shoes over the ~four years that I still wear in great comfort. My most recent experience evolved from seeking a new pair of walking shoes to purchasing orthotics for a pair recently purchased elsewhere that are uncomfortable. Zak was very patient, attentive and knowledgable ensuring that my needs were met with the confidence of the 30-day trial and return for full credit if not satisfied.

Eric was so helpful! He listened and made recommendations based on my specific complaints about 4 previous insoles that had all hurt my feet. It was so refreshing to have a patient salesperson who cared and paid attention to me. I'm thrilled to have insoles that are actually relieving my plantar fasciitis rather than exacerbating it.
