Well went to buy my kid pair of Nike. Jeff was so awesome. We realized we deserved some also after last year. So we had him running here and there 2 Nike 2 and Nike pants on order new chucks. T. And pair cute little converse for my daughter. Since we can be serviced. Order if not in size such pleasant employees it was actually fun.. Lol yep footlocker after 1 year of ______ and Jeff was fun. This review is for Daisy V. Just because someone doesn’t want an email receipt and prefers a paper receipt doesn’t mean you forget about customer service! When a paying customer spends their hard earned dollars at footlocker we at the minimum expect some level of customer service. Twice I said thank you and not even a reply back. Consider yourself lucky that you still have a job so be grateful. As a someone who owns several businesses it’s a shame you show that level of customers service. I hope your supervisors see and read this to you. Jan 25
