Less than a 1 star if possible. This seems to be an empty office. No response, almost a week and the contract is still open. Rental car was returned within 24 hours yet it appears to still not be checked. Just a drop box for the key. The adjoining business appears to be also less than professional.

Even with a $500 down payment in cash and great credit hurts would not rent us a vehicle. We had a debit card issued from a bank and valid license with me and my wife both running the sign and put both our licenses both our bank cards and everything on the line. The answer was still no. Wow

They are not professional when renting from them and they are not accommodating whatsoever. I don’t know what happened with customer service America was known for? And also they rented us a car without charger outlet??? They still rent those out?? Unbelievable Wouldn’t recommend anyone to give their hard earned money to this hertz location

I was charged a $150 dollar cleaning fee for a car I did NOT make dirty and that I acquired dirty, and they refuse to remove the charge . The manager Kofi is rude and dismissive and told me that the Hertz location I picked it up from is lying to me. Customer service is not helpful either. I will never rent from Hertz again. If 0 starts were possible that's what they would get. Sheer robbery.
