Got my sons hair cut and the hairdresser did not follow directions at all! He was given a stupid line design on the side and an extremely short fade I didn’t ask for I even showed pictures to her for reference! Have never had a problem here until today. Figured maybe she just didn’t understand and still let her cut my hair after because I don’t really have time to go elsewhere.. I asked for a medium cut with subtle layers just to not be so blunt (figured it’s something very simple you can’t mess it up) boy was I wrong!! My hair looks like it has 3 stairs from the side and random layer, also I said I didn’t want it to look like a U in the back, but it looks like a U maybe even a V! Not a bad business just a bad hair dresser! Again have NEVER had an issue with anyone else here just that one lady who didn’t listen to what I was asking for at all. Edit: I believe her name was Olga not sure.

The Beast

I have been trying to get a haircut from these guys for about 2 weeks now and every time I try and call to schedule an appointment I get told to call the next day or to call at this time and when I call no one picks up. Really unprofessional in my opinion.

Quality is what matters here. I have always left satisfied with the cuts my boys get. Yes, the wait times are long sometimes. I usually try to make it in before 3 and on a weekday. Let the long wait times only show that they do a great job here. This business has great service and is clean they offer services for men and woman including color.
