Friendly bunch especially in the seafood/meat dept. Great selection of everything, seasonal like crabs etc. I love their lamb sausages which are made on-site.

Everyone is nice & helpful. We find almost everything we need here, it a little expensive but I would rather support local family owned businesses then big chain stores.

I've never been to a Trader Joe's like this before. The employees were weirdly unfriendly. Not a single hello, standing in the way blocking aisles while talking to coworkers, got followed by someone collecting carts which would have been great if they didn't look at me like I was inconveniencing their day by unloading my groceries into my truck. The only thing I heard the cashier say was "you want bags?". Literally nothing else. Weird vibe, I'll avoid this one in the future.

The staff atTraderJoe's San Carlos is the friendliest customer service oriented staff. Store is well organized. When you visit at peak times try to park one block away. Better for you to walk a little and waste gas idling waiting for a parking spot. Thanks!
