My mother loves it here but it has become a part time job for me to ensure her care is consistent and accurate. They do not comply to change orders from the doctor. Invoices are incorrect and are painstakingly slow to correct. They overcharged us $1200 per month and I'm still waiting for a corrected invoice.. She just moved in in January 2022. They tried pulling money from the wrong bank account and caused an overdraft fee for me. Requested for maintenance require multiple asks and follow up. I'm exhausted trying to ensure she is being taken care of properly. Every week I am having to check to ensure her medications are being administered properly. They have failed to give them to her because "she wasn't in her room" and they have failed to stop giving her medication according to a doctor's request for 2 weeks. I noticed the error before they did!

The Village @ Keizer Ridge is an exceptional location for your loved ones that need a little care! The Memory Care section is really exceptional and the staff really care about the residents! Both my parents loved the staff though our Mother passed just short of 92 very peacefully our Father is still in their extremely talented hands at almost 95.

Our tour at Keizer Ridge (Monday 8/9/2021) was very impressive.The rooms we saw were clean and very nice. The hallways were wide and spacious with areas set off from the main hallways for visiting with company or other residents. We look forward to our interview with the Keizer Ridge nurse to see where Diana might fit in with the services Keizer Ridge provides. Thank you Todd Putnam
