Worked there for a year, management was great, but for the last 5-6 months I was there we were CONSTANTLY short staffed. (Working swing) there was only two total care givers on 99% of the time. It made it extremely difficult and stressful nearly every day. The residents made working there amazing, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't have been there nearly as long.

If I could give you zero stars I would, their is no structure as well as decent management, the amount of employees being late and not doing their job and no consequences for those actions is unbelievable, short handed on staff is no excuse as to why you can’t fire someone or let them go, if your short handed then you probably not doing your job right, but instead this company insist on having employees that do whatever whenever,it’s really sad tbh you know these type of establishments are not easy you really have to have a heart for people not just the paycheck.because I can’t call and complain this is where I’m doing it, but keep it up management you will be losing a great asset to your team. My family is very happy I am here because I have turned back to my old self. Having activities, trips and fellowship of others has improved my overall happiness and glad to be back to my old self. Overall a great place to live and feels like home. Our activity director is amazing and keeps us motivated, also our weekend cook is wonderful.

Used to work there but got fired for helping my family through the Corona pandemic and in a text message instead of in person. The staff there cause nothing but drama between each other. The supervisors are no better and have no idea how to run that facility. You could set a fire in one of their rooms and not get fired. Ask any resident. They use to tell me how much they hated it there and some wished they would die just to escape it. Don't go anywhere near this place especially if you're looking for a good home for your senior family members.
