DO NOT BUY GAS HERE!!! I’ve pumped gas two times here and haven’t gotten a drop. My tank was at the same place each time. It’s close to my house so I go there but not anymore. Try anywhere else but here!!!

I go into this station at least twice a day 5 days a week. This morning just like any other I go in and get a quart of oil and prepay $10 in fuel. When I went to pump my fuel it says to prepay or pay inside, ok there must have been a mistake no problem so I hang up the pump, go inside and let the cashier VJ know. He said it was fixed I go outside again. My fuel still doesn't pump, I go inside again still nothing, after going inside for the third time he tells me I pumped my fuel already showing me a receipt for my pump that wasn't even mine. For a station that has my business so often you would think they would believe me. Just a theif I'm my eyes

So I was just in this gas station to get a fountain pop with my girlfriend and the Cherry Pepsi was not pumping out pop like the rest of them. Seemed as though they may have had a CO2 leak. It was no big deal until I decided to mention it and the lady at the register was ignoring me and having a conversation with a young man she said was the "store manager". What I found so rude was that I was trying to turn them on to an obvious problem and make them aware they seemed as though they weren't concerned saying after taking a drink to check, "tastes fine to me. he says it tastes fine...we have the best pop around" and this young man who said he was the store manager, when I told he, very upset by now, that I did not appreciate being ignored and customers being treated like this that I would notify the owner, he said he was the owners relative! Unbelievable that that was even used as an excuse to not care about a problem. Here is the issue: There was a problem with the pop machine and the gas station attendant and manager says there wasn't. The older woman, gas station attendant, did not listen to my concern when I tried to bring it up and did not give me eye contact until I asked her specifically if she was listening to me. Excuses were made rather then attempting to resolve the situation and even a comment made about how they were related to the owner and would not be in trouble for this. I did spend money before all this went down and I wish I hadn't. I bought a regular pepsi fountain pop which had come out fine. I just can not believe how much they made me mad and were being disrespectful to me from the very beginning trying to make me feel like I was wrong for voicing a concern. I will never get anything from them again as I see customer satisfaction is not their priority, you spending your money there is all that matters.
