I've used OSI for a few clients as well as my own company and they have been a dream to work with. During a time where there is a ton of supply chain issues and unavailable product they have been transparent when it comes to deadlines and pricing, went above and beyond in recommending alternatives and communicating any changes and updates. What a great company to work with! Our organization needed to get some new merchandise for our online store. They had saved our artwork from 2019 and helped spruce it up to accommodate a couple edits we had. They were super responsive throughout the process, sought approval for all the mock-ups, were really fast even with shipping delays during the holiday season and supply chain issues leading to shortages. Everything looks great, cost less than CustomInk and Vistaprint, and it was so nice to be able to communicate with the same person throughout the process. I have used OSI for printing gear for my sports team three times now, and I have had pretty flawless experiences with them. The staff here took the necessary time to get my admittedly complicated order right, and then handled the actual printing very quickly. They were able to shave a week off the production time due to a deadline we had as well. The service and communication we received throughout the process was excellent, and most importantly, the print job looks GREAT. I will definitely come here for all my printing needs in the future.
