How did the Dunkin employees think it was acceptable to serve hash browns that look like they've been in the deep frier for 30 minutes?

Very frequent customer, absolutely love DD above all other coffee near me. However, I am allergic to dairy and my entire order was disregarded this morning. I recieved dairy on and in everything. None of my alterations were made, that were very clearly selected through the doordash app, so my entire order is trash. I'm not sure if the building is on fire this morning, but you probably shouldn't make an order if you won't make it how ordered. 0/10 experience today. Thanks so much for the itchy throat due to dairy, not almond milk, being in my coffee! Super great guys, be lucky it's a mild allergy and not a serious one.

The manager is rude and racist. I ordered a few things and never received a receipt so I went back to the store to let them know my order was incorrect and the manager was helpless. He said since I don’t have a receipt he cannot help me and FYI I JUST ordered my food 20 min ago. He closed the drive through windows on me saying he won’t help me. Called the police on him and of course he wanted to be nice and cooperative. Gave me my refund and I left. Just poor customer service honestly and this isn’t the first time.

It had been a while since I got breakfast here, the line was long but I knew it would be worth it from what I remembered. Did not expect to get hash browns that had probably been dropped behind the fryer. Caught I as I drove away from the drive thru window. Parked but the dine in was closed, the line was too long to get back into so I'm assuming they knew what they did but didn't care to make fresh hash browns. I was having a bad morning and this did not make it any better. Reasons like these are why I stay away from fast food as much as I do.
