I've been dealing with this particular store for a couple of years, and they are great. I've never encountered anyone here to be rude. Really good customer service and always speaks kindly to me. My father passed away and I'm dealing with that and today was the last day to pick up my layaway item that I bought for him. Lexi said she would like to buy it for herself, and give it to her brother. all I need to do is come in there tomorrow morning and deal with my father's death today and this gal is giving me the hardest time and giving me a hard time and will not help.
