I will say that the morale of those behind the counter/express lane is quite high, at least for customer appearance. I enjoy having conversations while I wait 15 minutes or more for my order. To hit in the latter note - yes, the wait times are ridiculous, and only succeeded by continually providing the wrong order countless times over. I won’t say that this is the worst Wendy’s location - far from it, though it is poor on its best days and an absolute shame to the other franchises at its worst. I suspect the lack of appropriate wages is why there is so little effort put into the job, but that’s all-around the board in many industries. I am just upset that I spent the 20 minutes waiting at the drive through, only to be given the wrong order, yet charged for the more expensive order I initially requested.

This location is awful and should be shut down. I have been living in the area for two yrs. First order I received from them was a breakfast bacanator sandwich with no heat what so ever. To more recent events, they seem to be open when they want to. They advertise for breakfast again and no one is ever there. My solution was to never go there anymore for breakfast. However, it just doesnt matter. They hold the drive through for one customer at a time, so you wait at the speaker forever. This place is always out of everything. They do not even have the traditional lemonade machine. They have been mixing it in a bowl and bringing it out to the front counter to serve with a spoon. This is just so pathetic and does not even deserve 1 star. I ended up going to McDonalds that is a minute up the road.

This Wendy's is just bad. I have been there multiple times and it never fails to disappoint. Poor service is the norm. I love Wendy's and don't find this to be the case at other locations. Tonight I arrive at 10:30 to the drive thru that is posted to be open until mid night. I pull up and I am rudely told they are closed. Even though all the lights are on etc. As I am writing this I have seen three more cars pull up and be turned away. This is the last straw I am done with this location. At least McDonald's wants your business.

I was a bit sad they didn't have the potatoes, but my food came out warm and cooked correctly. They even listened to my special instructions. Fast food is hit or miss but I have little issues with this location usually!
