Have you thought about firing the employees that never keep the store open until close? I get off work at 9 expecting to go eat a quick meal at Wendy’s and am CONSTANTLY told that it’s closed already via intercom when it’s 9:10pm.

I've had them close twice while the drive thru was still full saying that their system has crashed. Last I heard they were "transitioning" to a new manager. Maybe once that process is complete it will get better.

I expeeience that all the time here in Elizabethtown. Never had that issue at any other wendys.

I would say something to the manager or the head boss. And let them know that they're suppose to be open until 12 or 1am
