They were extremely slow. We went through the drive thru. It appeared that the cashier took an order and then cooked and filled the order. There was no apology for the long wait. As visitors to the area, she did not make a good first impression. The food was hot and the order was accurate; however, customer service will make or break a company. The service was awful!!

Dine in room is dirty. Floors looked like they haven't been swept in weeks and table tops not wiped down recently at all.

Food was fresh and correct but they had lots of upcharges. For example Mac n cheese cost extra and water! Water for free should always be an option. Healthy options for less than soda please!

On Sunday June 12 at 6:48pm we pulled up to the window we placed an order online and we sat in behind 2 cars until 7:20 waiting and so my husband went in to see what the problem our food was sitting on the counter cold as ice! He brought it out to the car and we were missing half the food! The food was dripping with grease never eat here save your hard earned dolled for a better place! Disgusting! My husband was told they can't refund but they can make food fresh so another 10 min of waiting there was 8 employees standing around and they said they were so backed up because they are so short staffed! I call BS!!! They were all yelling back and forth at each other it was ridiculous! This was our second time and last time at this particular location!
