As with any restaurant during the pandemic having enough servers to help has been a challenge I'm sure. The food was great we had the reuben and it was very good. The bartender was amazing but he had too much on his plate. He was supposed to be covering the tables outside the bar and was not able to do that because he was constantly pouring beer or making drinks. In my opinion I think that the other servers should check on the patrons that the bartender doesn't have time to check on. I noticed more people than ourselves waiting to place an order for a drink or even food.

Terrible service. Bartender said to sit anywhere so we sat at a table outside. Waited 20 mins and were never spoken to or acknowledged. Decide to go to the bar and order drinks. Sat at the table again and still none of the servers came over. Went to the bar and ordered appetizers. The bartender was nice and helpful. Luckily food was brought to our table by the manager but nothing was said to us. After eating appetizers had to go to the bar again to now order dinner. A shift change happened and the new bartender brought our meals. Never had anyone come and offer any help or service. Had to go to the bar to pay for our meals. I asked the bartender why I had to come up and order at the bar and never got any table service. She apologized but couldn’t give any answers. I made sure the bartender got the gratuity before I left anything. Food was mediocre, beers were good but the service was horrible. This was our first and last time ever coming to this place.

My friend was so excited to bring me to this establishment, because she had such great service the first time she went. I don't know if our waiter was having a bad day, but it was all over his face. He took so long to bring our drinks, so I had to go order from the bar. We spilled a drink on the floor. I started to clean it up. He walks over to us, looks at the spill and walks away. He brought towels back with him but did not give them to us, which is crazy to me. I had to ask him to bring a mop to get the rest up. He didn't offer to help or anything. My food was good, but just off the strength of that visit I would never go back.

Awesome food, huge drinks selection for pints and mixed drinks, if you leave here hungry or thirsty you're doing it wrong! Great German/English establishment with authentic eats and chill vibe!
