I have lived in Raleigh, North Carolina for all my life. By far I have the worst experience in Cornerstone. If I could give 0/5 star I would. The reason the experience is so bad is the staff is very racist. Security at the door have no manners and don’t know how to treat customers AT ALL. I wasn’t even allowed to enter the club because I was wearing shades, after I asked if I can put away my shades in the car they still said no we will not let you in. His response “because I saw you wear it”…..Since when did shades cause a threat to anyone? Last time I checked people wear glasses every day. I didn’t violate any of the dress codes and had valid identification.This has happened on multiple occasion with the same security guard. I believe this is racially motivated because, he only targets black men. For this reason, I wouldn’t recommend supporting this business. If your visiting Raleigh, NC. DO NOT GO TO CORNERSTONE! #cancelcornerstone

I personally have been to this place a few times never had an issue. Tonight I went with my girl and two other people and that was the worst experience ever. The security at the front was extremely rude and would not let our friends in because they said her pants were sagging in which they were not. Was very rude about it and grabbed her and told her to have a good night very rudely. I went up to ask why she couldn’t be let in because her pants were sagging and the guy just threw up his hands saying something very rudely. We asked another worker at the front and told him about the situation and he said he couldn’t do anything so we asked for a manager and he just said the manager was going to say the same thing. At the same time another individual was not let in regarding the same reasons. The most discriminatory thing I had ever seen and experienced in my lifetime. I was highly upset and disappointed. I would just say that the security needs to be fired. The manager needs to take these things into consideration especially when people are just coming out to have a good time. Sad.

People of color please stay away. Not a good place for people of color. Discrimination starts right in line. They will find any reason to not allow entrance and cant explain why. We could not get in over timberland boots but it was a whole group of people in already with boots, pajamas, YES PAJAMAS, AND FLIP FLOPS. No dress code is noted ANYWHERE on website/social media/ or club. No need to spend a penny here. We will NEVER be back to this trash place. P.S. Bouncers seem VERY tough but I seen different! LOL

Such a fun and unique place! The friendly staff and music all make for an awesome atmosphere and their weekend specials make it that much better. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a drink after a long work week or even just a fun place to hang out! :)
