I could have washed my clothes better at home then they did at the cleaners..... They said that they cannot remove all spots but the spots that was on my shirt we're not even spots that can't wash away..... They have a sign hanging up saying they can't promise the removal of all spots but despite spot my other shirt without spots look worse then it did before.... Here we are a few years later trying again same problems the lady was upset because I told her my clothes wasn't clean.... She said she did it herself but I told her it doesn't look clean... Here it is Tuesday my one jacket won't be ready until next Tuesday after I already bought it there last Tuesday to get cleaned before.

I should have known by the condition of the outside of the store, if they don't take care the store front, they not gonna take care of your clothes. If I could give them 0 I would. I bought in some white clothing for a white party I was attending. A complete let down they did not properly clean the clothes. The trick they use is they tell you they don't see it. Trick is they use dim lighting so your clothes appear clean when you look at them. When you get outside then you see the truth. In the future I will go outside of the community. My people.

Always good experience, staff always friendly..i've been to many different cleaners in the dc area, and none has compared to this location. Great prices... very reasonable and understanding establishment
