Whatever you do, don't call them. I called to ask about the "10,000 Lights festival" because I was having trouble finding information on it, on their website. I was just inquiring about if it was indeed happening and what sort of events would be happening in it to see if it would be a fun place for the family. The lady who answered was the most unfriendly and unhelpful person. At first she started giving me information on the wrong event. After correcting her on what I was calling about she said that she had no information on it and I should just check their website. Which led me back to square one. I got no info and she had terrible service and sounded annoyed and unfriendly. FYI...if your a visitor center you might not want to scare off your visitors.

Great place to find information on the area. His maps of some services drives. Edie, a volunteer on duty that day, was wonderful and did a great job helping us. Kudos to her for her warm friendly service. Make this your first stop when coming to town.
