This was the onion ring that came on my burger burnt crispy, these are the fries that my friend got with her sandwich, french fries are not Brown in color, they were hard and overcooked this to me was done purposely. When I spoke to the manager about it he downplayed everything. It was as if everything was okay, no one should be served this type of food this should have never left the kitchen but they gave it to us because we were Black. Is there an unwritten rule to give Black people the worst.

Cute location and nothing special compared to other IHOP locations. My main complaint would be that we waited quite awhile before a server greeted my family, and they brought the wrong syrup which wasn't a huge deal to ask again. I also tried their new blueberry lemon ricotta pancakes were quite disappointing without much lemon flavor at all, a skimpy amount of the ricotta filling, leaving semi dry pancakes (generally protein pancakes ARE on the dryer side, but without the toppings and flavor they aren't worthy of another try next time).

This place needs new management. So many issues with our time here. As soon as we were seated two of the waitresses (Brie was the one telling the story) were discussing how a former customer asked to speak with the manager and the manager apparently didn’t want to so told them it would be a 20 minute wait so they’d hopefully leave. Couldn’t believe how loudly they were talking for all of us to hear. Second issue was when we only received one lemon ricotta crepe. Now this was our fault for not seeing the very small print stating that that specific crepe only comes with one, but our waitress proceeded to tell us how expensive it is for the restaurant to buy ricotta cheese. Very odd! The third thing was just thought it was weird that our waitress had her hair down and not put up. Saw her touch it several times. Those were just the people issues but I’ll leave how dirty the restaurant and table was alone!

It could've just been the time I visited, but they only had one waiter. The place started to get busy and she was not able to handle all of the customers in a efficient manner. I would suggest having at least two waiters at all time regardless of how busy it is. But the food was great!
