Steve the store manager is so rude and treated me horribly. A district manager and off the clock employees were having some meeting and no one greeted me or smiled. I filled up my water bottle and was going to pay for a refill when the district manager of accused me of theft from the soda machine. I have communicated this incident with Pizza Hut headquarters and upper management. The strange thing is the district manager wouldn’t give me his name.

This was a 1 star review, then STEVE (Store Manager) called my wife’s phone to not only apologize and get to the bottom of a temporary managers behavior towards us. He also refunded my entire order (rounded up that refund) along with issuing us a store credit for our bad experience and time spent during! That’s how you run a business and keep a customer coming back! From my family and I we say THANK YOU STEVE!!!

Waited one hour for this delivery ! I don't mind the weight but pizza was awful and hard as a rock. Cinnabon rolls were also hard yeah could only eat the centers and those weren't good either ! I spent $30 on this but that will be my last time ordering from Pizza Hut.. I've been a customer for years but they definitely need some quality control !!!!

Fresh bread sticks and not one that taste like they have been sitting in a warmer for 12hrs. They were rock hard. We would also like wings with sauce on them. There was a couple drips of sauce and that was it. They were extremely dry.
