Did our research for interior trim. Store said they had 53 in stck. Drove an hour one way to pick it up. Turns out No one could find it. Went to the parking lot and ordered some on line for will call. By the end of the day we were notified it was ready for pickup. Again drove an hour one way to find out they don't have it. Manager apologized and refunded my card without the tax. What happened to customer service? I am done dealing with home depot. Very disappointed!

I just bought a RYOBI lawn mower here yesterday (6/23/22). I was so excited to FINALLY mow my lawn with a non-manual mower. I got home and opened the RYOBI box in which all the items were out of packaging, not secured tightly in the box/loose. I didn't think much of it because I did not know how I expected the lawn mower to be packaged. I put the lawn mower together and realized after getting that all done, my box was missing the charger for the battery. Of course, I had just put the mower together, so I wasn't going to take it apart to bring it back. I took pictures and made my way straight back to this Home Depot - no doubt I wasn't super pumped about it. I went to customer service and they were quick to apologize and went and grabbed a box of the same mower to get that charging port. When they opened the box, that mower was all packed tight and nicely with cardboard and the manual/screw pieces were all in bags. I told them that my box didn't even look close to that - had none of the protective packaging, and was just a chaos of items. They gave me the charging port I was missing without any hassle along with a little bonus too. Let's just say if the lawnmower battery dies mid-mow, I'll be set up to continue! VERY thankful that they turned an unfortunate situation into a wonderful one. Thank you!

I came in to buy a washer and dryer set today. I asked and had two different people overhead page the appliance associate and after 30ish minutes no one showed up. Their were multiple family’s and people in the department looking at refrigerators and such and I’m sure they had questions. I don’t understand why the manager in this case did not respond or one of the assistant managers. When you’re associates are busy it should be your responsibility to step in and help wherever you’re needed for your customers. Not just letting your customers go un helped. Poor management and running of the store in my opinion.

Went into the store about an hour or less before they closed and was looking for led bulbs and an exterior door knob. Couldn't remember where the lights were to save my life and for help. Also, an employee stopped and helped me decide on a good doorknob. Really helpful.

Alternately, lowes offers 10% 0ff everything for Veterans. Just go into the store ask about the program and sign up on the spot. Bring your DD214 or other proof Covers the tax!! SEMPER Fi
