I just want to say thank you to Joseph and Mario for helping me out to get my tire repaired. After 3 calls to different Firestones and being told would have to wait till later in the week, they were able to get me in on the weekend given May take time but would get it done. Thanks guys.

Made an appointment on Friday in person for today for an oil change for my chevy with a Kuv body (business truck). When I went in today for my appointment, I was told by the mechanic guy that my car wasn't on the list for an oil change I went to the office and the guy in the office said that they didn't have a jack to pick up my vehicle I took it as a joke, ended up wasting my time and their time as well. I took it to a smaller shop and had no problem with them at all, a piece of cake to them. If I knew that a jack was going to be the problem for an oil change I would of taken mine and let them borrow it.
