I've sent family members things through Amazon. This post office NEVER leaves packages at the door. NOTHING I've sent required a signature! There is NO reason to make them go pick it up each time! My sister said she was at home and watched them drive off. They NEVER attempted to deliver anything. One time Amazon said it was delivered to the post office, but the post office said they never received it. Of course I believe they stole it. After reading all these reviews, I don't understand how somethings hasn't been done about this post office.

Irene thinks it's cool to make it to where people can't get their packages... makes it a catastrophe just to go to the post office... please make it to where I can go here and not have to deal with her

It is 9:30am ... they open at 8:45 and IRENE is out smoking... I was just told my package isn't ready and that she is currently "processing them" my package arrived yesterday at noon... I get this from her every single time something comes in... the order today is a live plant... this lady needs to be fired she has the worst attitude I have ever seen in a postal employee and that's obviously saying something

ATTN: POSTMASTER TYLER ROBINSON PLEASE READ these complaints & have a monthly meeting with your staff. Point our their good too. Some of these complaints are FEDERAL OFFENSES!!! Deer Park, for the most part, is a GREAT COMMUNITY, good & honest people. Have lived in Deer Park over 35 years. MANY pieces of our mail have gotten delivered to the wrong address. There are 3 ladies with the same 1st name 1 of them is me the other is an elderly lady, a sweetheart & she calls & we go pick it up. Vice versa we get her mail & we take it to her. One year the "other" gal's husband called me and said they received our mail. Went & picked it up. However, one year I never received my vehicle tags and my girlfriend has a License business & she told me the day she mailed them out. I get it sometimes mail is delivered to the wrong address & you accidentally open wrong mail out, but to actually steal the mail, well FEDERAL OFFENSE!! I asked the local cop & he said if I could get close enough take a picture of her tabs. Well they'd probably call the cops on me for trespassing. This has been an ongoing problem. Thank you for all you do BUT... PLEASE MAIL CARRIERS TAKE THE TIME AND LOOK AT THE ENTIRE NAME.
