this place is the worst - they'll make your food incorrectly, force you to wait without a car ahead in line, pretend that management isn't on duty, and then overcharge you for the order. it's legitimately unchecked.

Horrible service not once but twice! Skip this location at all coat. Made a phone order for delivery today for a 14 and 16. They delivered a 13&15. Called to speak with a manger complain and have original order delivered. Which was a hassle because the acted like they didn’t understand their mistake. 20 min wait for new delivery. Could even enjoy the whole meal. Freaky wrong & not fast!!

Ordered online and picked up. Had to remind them about the chips and cookie which weren't already in the bag. I know it's a trivial thing too but the soda wasn't filled up as well, they just gave me the cup. I don't know if that's standard procedure but the reason the order was initiated online was so that it could be picked up in as little time as possible. That was the only thing keeping this review from a five star. All other expected metrics of service like wait time, friendliness, order accuracy, price, and quality of food delivered met expectations for a Jimmy Johns.
