RAW CHICKEN!! i am absolutely horrified! i ordered a Buffalo chicken salad and the chicken is raw in the center and there’s no dressing. I could have gotten so sick due to their negligence. I will never be ordering here again and I suggest no one else does

I've came here many times before and encountered little to no complaints ,but tonight was a disaster. I ordered steak quesadillas for the first time because it sounded appealing to me, but in return I received chopped hamburger meat in a tortilla. I thought it tasted familiar, I had a burger here before and the look and taste on the meat confirmed it was hamburger meat not steak but technically a beef. I then also ordered a salad and chicken fajitas some pieces of the salad was rotting the green was brown almost black . Next the whole cold tray for the fajitas was also old the guacamole looked like Gerber baby food, it definitely was not fresh and far below par. I found a few spots of mold on the tips of some cheese! At that point it was unacceptable, and I was surprised whoever sent that out was happy to bring it out, I am happy I'm not returning to this location any longer and advise everyone for a quick inspection of their food before eating!?

The service was great. The draw back is they are not friendly to service animals. We were asked to sit outside when many Tempe establishments have welcomed us indoors. We came to watch the game on ASU move in day with our daughter and she has a service animal for her medical condition that is moving on campus with her. The TVs were not working outside unfortunately.. we missed most of the game.. The waitress was accommodating and brought out some water as we were going to get the pet container with water and from the car that was a plus. Overall friendly servers/wait staff.

Just had a pretty dang poor experience at this Chili's location. We ordered appetizer salads and entrees at the same time we ordered drinks. The drinks and salads came out super fast. However the entrees did not come out for over an hour. I will note that the place was busy but lots of other tables received their food much faster than us. When the food finally arrived, everything was overcooked or dry. The bun on my turkey club looked like a pretzel bun but it was actually a bun that was so overcooked it was brown. When I took a bite it was like dry dust. My dad had a brisket burger but the brisket was dry. Both sides of corn were overcooked. My mom had ribs and the meat was dry. After waiting for so long to get our food, we thought it would take too long to rectify all the problems so we just ate our food. The one highlight of the meal was our server, Zach, who was incredibly nice and professional, and kept checking in on us and apologizing for the delay. The two stars are for him. Otherwise this place was a total bust.
