Just left Harborstone credit union Gig Harbor, they refused to accept my “rolled” coins for deposit. They said it was against the rules to accept change since I was using a shared branch, and to contact my bank to find out why. Well I immediately called my bank (QualstarCU) and they said there is no such rule! Of course they had closed by the time I had finished talking to my bank. It’s pretty clear to me that they made the rule up to avoid having to process the change which I had already rolled. Terrible service!!!

I've been with Harborstone for 20 years, and financed my vehicle with them; it was great to have the bargaining power when haggling at the dealership.
