Sweet staff and neat as a pin when I visited. I would highly recommend this assisted living and memory care community to my friends and family.

We checked out this care facility for our mother Annie on line and in person. At every step we were impressed with the quality of the people working there and the soft gentle care that they gave each resident. We would hear the girls say "I love you" often to all the people there in the memory care wing and by the time mom passed from her dementia, we felt that she had the whole staff family around her and us supporting us to the end. We cannot thank them enough for their wonderful work caring for mom and making us feel welcome in our many visits this past year. We will recommend them to everyone that wants to hear of a good place where you don't have to worry about your loved one being ignored. Special thanks to Christy, Samona, Alexy, Karen and Naomi for their loving care.

I have occasionally volunteered for the memory care center at Royalton playing music for the residents. It's such a wonderful and loving environment and I always see so much love from the staff working with the residents. They truly love and care for their residents and you can feel it just being in the environment. The memory care coordinator, Alex, has a heart and passion for the people he takes into care at Royalton. He is a wealth of experience and knowledge and I would trust him with the care of my dearest family. Update: My husband left Royalton, on good terms, for an administrator position at a different facility. He was sad to leave as he loved the residents and staff deeply, but it was an important step in his professional development and as there hadn’t been any opportunity for advancement at Royalton, he found an opportunity elsewhere. Recently, he stopped by to give hugs and love to the residents and staff. Immediately following, we received an email and two letters sent at different times via post informing him of the company policy; in short, that if he returned to the property without approval from the director, Holly, the police would be called. That seemed like a very severe and inappropriate response to a beloved former coworker stopping by for a quick hug. Then, we received a text from a friend that still works there showing a bulletin placed in an area where anyone could see, first listing their “no trespass” policy and then a following statement that if anyone sees my husband on the property to notify the director immediately. This is a hugely inappropriate response and very undeserved. My husband and I both gave a lot to this building and it’s residents I am deeply disappointed by the management in this facility and their continued tone deafness to the hearts and minds of their employees and residents. What message does this send to those who loved and admired my husband for his incredible hard work and attentiveness to family and resident needs? We lead with love and kindness always. We wish Royalton Place would learn to do the same.

The staff and caregivers are extremely friendly and caring. I love the games director always super high affinity with all patients and creative. Whoever puts on events is choosing a good mixture of performers, inviting churches, who do a wonderful job. The menus with soup and main dishes are good looking and tasty. The dining area and recess areas always clean and looking nice with flowers. A lemon water stand by reception keeps everybody hydrated. The only negative aspect is the daily sugar desserts at lunch and dinners. For memory care patients especially counterproductive as Alzheimer's disease etc .will worsen tremendously with sugarintake as per latest health research.
