So, I went to this salon a few years ago and had really poor service. Could tell the guy that worked there was more interested in his phone than taking care of clients. I returned after my tech left the salon I was going to and was pleasantly surprised. Chau made me feel welcome and did a great job. I returned and got the works.....nails, pedicure, eyebrow wax, and spure of the moment decided to get eyelash extensions. They started falling out the next day. It was then I realized I had had eyeliner and mascara on, but Chau didn't have me remove it. When I returned a couple weeks later I told Chau about them falling out and she just nodded and smiled. No offer to fix them, no questions about the care I gave them. This was a huge red flag, but I decided I really liked how she did my nails so I just chocked it up to never doing that again there. Fast forward to New Years eve. They were closed for several days due to the bad weather in Washington. I called on New Years eve morning to verify they were open. At that time I made an appointment with Chau for a Dip powder and manicure. She was busy so my appt was made for a few hours later. When I arrived my pedicure was assigned to another lady. I'm very picky about who touch my feet but decided to go along with it. As she was doing my pedicure she was hurting me. I asked her twice to not use a particular tool on my feet but she just continued to use it anyway. Both great toes are now throbbing. She then leaves me to start working on someone else. At that time i start really paying attention to what is going on around me and realize 2 women are drinking wine. One sitting in Chaus station right in front of me and the other in a pedicure at the end. The are yelling back and forthright. One is coughing up a storm. No masks! At that moment i got up, paid and left even though my pedicure wasn't complete. This week I was diagnosed with COVID. I'm a health care provider and have been so careful for two yrs and TSpa salon ruined that by not taking the precautions they should. BTW...no contact tracing is done in this salon!

I am a happy customer. Service was fast and friendly, clean, calming environment....and the prices worth it. It felt good to be treated so kindly and like my capital is appreciated.

What on earth.... just save your money... I have to get my nails completely re done. Response to owner Nothing is wrong with me it's these nails. The 1st bottle of polish you used was expired. So now less than 24 hours after getting them done the gel is bubbling. Not a single one of my "square" has a straight edge. The price of the service was more than I was quoted in the beginning and quite frankly my husband could have applied the polish neater. He has never said anything bad about my nails ever. Until this set. Even he was like... "wow, baby when are you gonna get those fixed?" And " baby it looks like I did your nails".... this is coming from the nicest man ever. The decals are already coming off because they weren't laid on flat... waste of time and money. Posted pics in photo gallery. Look for short white nails that aren't fully polished, have messy tips and decals that where coming off right after I left the shop!!!!

Been here a few times service was good. Today I left feeling unsatisfied with services AND violated. I cane I about quarter to 6, closing is at 7. I got the special fullest/brow &pedi with pedi decal and extra lip wax and was also paying for my girly friend she got regular polish and brow/lip wax. I also asked for my nails to be manicured before acrylics I'm a car mechanic so its a must. No manicure. When 7 rolled around they were squeaking in a foreign language laughing. I could tell her did not want to do my nails. The acrylic are packed under the nail, I wanted white tips and 2fingers on each hand to have colors or a decal. I got only white tips my cuticles Re disgusting and the WORST PART I know the younger man took video or pics of me while getting my pedi! Long day at work I was almost falling asleep during leg massage😩😭. I could see him in the window nonody holds their lhones with one hand laughing! Little creep!I gave three stars for the young gal who did a great job in my feet and hopefully she gets the 10$ tip I left. Pics are right out the salon!
