The prices are okay, but the employees are disrespectful especially when you only miss 2 payments and they show up and turn completely around IN my driveway tearing it up. (Got it on video) Not to mention multiple rude voicemails. I’d Much rather go through rent-a-center at least their understanding

Got a new washer and dryer in June 2021. Only do 2 loads a week. Put a load in on Sunday night and went downstairs to transfer it to the dryer. Cellar was flooded. Instead of draining properly it drained all into to base. Called them Monday morning and Mike stated they they would be at my house today(Wednesday). Called them to see what time they’re coming and the woman that I spoke to says Mike never followed through on putting the appointment down. Now I sit and wait it them to show up “sometime” today. Considering that this washer is only 6 months old and has not had a lot of use, I feel that they should have just said we’ll just bring a replacement for it and work it out with GE after.

The Lisbon St Aaron's in Lewiston is a nightmare. My dad has been a customer for about a year now. During April, he was hospitalized with Corona. I received a call a few days after a payment was taken out and the person on the phone claimed it hadn't processed. It did, on time, and is stated in my bank account. I figured it was a blip on their end. Also, scam calls in Maine are huge so we were skeptical. Since then, they have routinely harassed us via the phone almost daily, had an employee show up at our house to "reestablish contact" and is sending letters my family has to sign for during this pandemic. If you're a family that is possibly low-income, please beware. They will harass you.
