Excellent service. I'm an amateur when it comes to PC building/upgrades, but I've installed a few cards and drives in the past. I managed to botch an install on a new RAM kit and the gentleman who looked over my PC was able to straighten it out and get the new kit installed at no extra cost to just looking at it. January 2021 - My Dell laptop just shut down on me. In a panic I called BestBuy and The Computer Place. Justin called me right back and they were able to see me the next day at 9am. They had heard of my situation before and gave me assurance that they will try there best. They were able to fix my laptop (I was thrilled I didn't need a new one) AND improve the hard drive. This only took one day! I would 100% go back if I run into a problem again. This company is Great!

The best customer service my wife and I have experienced in anything related to tech or computers. You guys identified the multiple issues we were having with a laptop very quickly and had replaced the drive and had it ready and running by the next day. We appreciated the frequent communication and feel the price to fix was very fair. Will let you know if any issues but so far it’s running perfectly and great customer service!

Equipment sold there is all business computers that are repaired before being sold. Bought a laptop and had all my files transferred over. So far we are very pleased. To me by getting my computer there I saved money and now have a place to service it if and when that becomes necessary.

Picked up a reconditioned laptop that was 2017 model Dell. Price wasn't bad and got a place to take it too. Has worked great so far.
We used to but now refer folks to the iStore in Portland. Great place with a great reputation. You're in and out in 10 minutes. Walk-in service.
It greatly depends on what is wrong with the unit. But we do have a minimum diagnostic charge of $40 and we'll give you an exact cost of repair at that point.
