BE CAREFUL OF UPSELL. I called ahead to ask the price of a basic mani/pedi...I was told $50. Perfect I said, I'll be in, thanks! About 10 minutes later I walked in and asked for the mani/pedi for $50. The manager realized I must have been the person who had called and was happy I came in. He confirmed with me I wanted the basic mani/pedi for $50. He told me to sit in the last chair and he spoke to the tech in Vietnamese. In English he then said regular? Right? I said yes, the basic for $50. He told the tech regular. I'm sitting there for a few minutes and the tech brings over a menu of fancy, higher priced services. I said no- just the mani/pedi for $50. She said "Milk and honey?" before I could say no- the manager said something to her again in Vietnamese and she seemed confused still to understand I wanted the regular mani/pedi. I pointed to the "$50" on the menu and said just the $50 mani/pedi. Regular $50. Then she seemed to understand and repeated oh, $50 mani/pedi and I said yes. Finally, after saying it four times, I think it was clear. When I went to pay, I was charged $70. I told the manager he knew very clearly what service I wanted- he insisted I paid the $70 and got agitated. I explained she never should have brought over the special menu...that I had made it very clear to him three times before the basic mani/pedi for $50 was all I wanted. He did not agree- did not believe me about anything and was getting quite hot- I paid it and told him I would never be in again. This never should have happened.

This place sucks. I have been here about 8 times and my nails never last. They rush everything and quality of work is poor. They make you feel like a nuisance. These are my nails after 1.5 weeks of getting dip powder done. Will never return.

I haven't done my nails in over 3 years. I came here to treat myself for my birthday and I get this. The mail sizes dont make each other and why both my ring finger nails look like fat little pointy eggs. I wanted round nails and the ring fingers dont match the others. I dont get it. I paid full service $50 and still tipped. I didn't want any trouble I'll just never come here again. First and last time. Very disappointed.
