We have lived at Daytona Village since August 2021 and we couldn’t be happier! They are amazing over here. Never any issues, everything is always CLEAN and well maintained, the office is always so sweet and understanding, and they accept pets!!! There hasn’t been a place where I could say they went above and beyond to put their residents first except for this place! They will try to go above and beyond for each member of their community no matter if you’ve been here a year or three years. I highly recommend them a hundred times and more. We have LOVED living here!

I love living here. Not only are the apartments beautiful; the property is gorgeous and the staff is outstanding. My pup loves spending time at the dog park and we are just minutes away from anything we could ever need. Hiking trails about 5 minutes away from home that my pup and I visit often. Shops, restaurants, and plenty to do all around. I feel so safe and secure in this amazing complex. Cassie and Michaela always respond to my questions and concerns in a timely manner. The maintenance men are always so quick to fix any problems I run into. My neighbors are all fantastic. I wouldn't want to live ANYWHERE else. Thank you Daytona Village Apartment staff for making this such a wonderful place to live.

I absolutely love living here! Spacious apartments; Michaela and Cassie have been so great and the rest of the staff very friendly; anytime I need maintenance they're quick to come by and repair whatever I need; and it's in a great location close to everything! With everything so overpriced now, my apartment is very affordable and meets my budget! I highly recommend this complex.

I love this place. I have seen how the ladies in the office handle some of these 'complaints' and I have to give them props because they hold the line and handle quite a bit of verbal abuse before saying anything in return. It is pretty clear from an outsider that the complaints on here are from people trying to 'work the system' or get something for nothing. I personally love the drug-free policy, I love how strict they are with the crime-free policy, and I love that I can have my pet here! They also have started adding lights outside which makes it REALLY bright outside at night and makes me feel safe when I am walking. I love it and I look forward to being here long-term.
