Ordered through the app and went inside to pick up my order. The store was dead and most of the employees were just standing around doing nothing, and they still somehow managed to get my entire order wrong. Can't even get a refund cause customer service isn't open on weekends.

This Dunkin is constantly slow and lacking customer service skills. I pulled up today and placed my order. At the end of the order, I asked about a specific donut and they said they had it, so I said great give me one of those as well. I get to the window, pay, get my order minus the donut, then wait there until the older lady comes back to the order and yells my order in my face. I explain about the donut and she goes on to tell me I didn’t pay for a donut. I said well I ordered one and tried handing my card back, which she wouldn’t take. She just argued with me about the donut and I ended up leaving. They also continuously mess up my order and it’s literally chocolate milk. It has to be on purpose because aint no way can plain, white milk pass for chocolate milk.

This dunkin is the worst one i've ever been too. They have never gotten an order right. The older woman is a rude and shouldn't be working there. She can't make a drink correct. Laughed in my face when I repeated my order, and told me that i didn't have to. She is absolutely a horrible rude person.

In what way do u mean? It seems for some reason, their employees don't really pay attention when a request is made. The other day, I needed a same price donut substituted on my On The Go Order; I arrived at the window made my request. They fulfilled THAT request but failed to give me my other donut that was already ordered of the OTGO. A week before this, the store wasn't taking app or card payments; no sign anywhere stating this. I had a $14 order which, since I had to pay cash, I gained no points, no bonus points; luckilly, I had $15 on me. From that instance, I now do the OTGO. I guess I will note, I did see a sign requesting u pay with non cash because of a current change shortage. Hmmm....so, a sign can be posted of requesting app or card payments but, requesting only cash payments when the app or non cash methods can't be made, a sign can't be made; ohhhh, the irony!! However, it's only fair tho, I have to express that the food was was very satisfying&employees were quite polite.
