Amazing experience at Bethesda uBreakiFix! I brought my Pixel 2 in to replace a charge port and they did a quick diagnostic, informed me that the issue was that a bunch of lint had gotten stuck in there and that I didn't need to replace the charge port after all. They didn't even charge me for the repair. If you have an issue with your tech, don't send it to the landfill, bring it in to the uBreakiFix team instead!

Amazing customer service from a well-experienced team. I took my phone there, thinking that the screen had cracked, and the team was able to investigate and found out that it just required a software upgrade. They never charged me a dollar!
