arrived at 9:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. did not leave until 11:15 because they were calling the wrong name and didn't care to check on me after being the only one sitting in the waiting area. finally after an hour and a half someone approached me and told me my car had been ready for quite a while. he then told me he thought my name was Jason. It wasn't an apology just a statement I replied with 'okay.' when I went to pay, they did not have the oil change on the transaction, a manager had to come over and redo the transaction. won't be returning

Completely surprised by the low prices! 4 tires mounted balanced, disposed of and life time balance & rotation $78!! And all done in less than an hour. Awesome experience.

Felix in auto care center went above and beyond, I had new tires put on for the winter and kept my old tires which were still good but needed the put in a different vehicle. He took the over to that vehicle and loaded them in for me. I was very grateful and will definitely use them again.
