My dad has heart problems and severe anxiety and panic attacks. It’s been over a week they keep running around and refusing to fill his anxiety medication this IS SERIOUS you DON’T just stop a medication like that cold turkey they’re running him in circles and it shouldn’t be legal to do this you don’t just cut someone off from NEEDED medication if a doctor isn’t in then you have a back up doctor to make sure someone gets their medication. Thank God he did not agree to allow them to prescribe his heart medication if so they would’ve neglectful he killed him by now

For months my husband and I have been chasing resolutions for his ongoing health concerns. Since the inception of the ‘new system’ they’re learning they have missed paperwork needed to sustain employment, missed appointments, missed call backs, and for the last week we called to have BLOOD PRESSURE medication filled…. It’s been literally a week, and there have been attempts through portal and phone calls all to no avail. Today we drove to the office to get the reasoning behind this… we were legitimately told ‘oops. We dropped the ball.’ Are you kidding.!? This is disgusting. 100 percent failure

I submitted a review last week but I apparently did something wrong as it’s not listed. I see Dr Leigner as my pcp and could not be happier with him. I have seen him on multiple occasions and I have never once felt rushed by him. He has taken the time to really listen to my concerns and has taken the time to get to know my issues. Also, I’ve never had a problem getting test results. He either calls me personally or his assistant does and that is followed up in writing. I will say my one issue with the practice is getting through on the phone. I have waited for 45 minutes or more for someone to take the call. It’s very frustrating.

I have been a patient of Dr Rick Marden for about 15 years, and have followed him through his moves to different facilities as I trust him, and find him to be an excellent physician, even though Gardiner Family is about 45 minutes away from me now. I am now over 65, and the past few months have experienced difficulties breathing and higher than normal temps. Driving 45 minutes to the acute clinic up there, without being able to see my own doctor, is not doable . I have asked for help, and cannot seem to be able to get what I need, even a referral to a pulmonologist that is local to me. I am totally frustrated with this practice, and as much as I like having Dr Marden as my PCP, I can never get in to see him or get a timely response from that practice. If he moved to a closer practice that actually cared about patients and not numbers or overbooking their Drs, I’d follow in a heartbeat. As it is, I’m going to have to switch, as my health cannot be compromised by this.

Gardiner express care is on site, same entrance.
Same here. Usually out of my HBP medicine for up to a week, every time it needs to be refilled. Also, the fun of waiting 15-20 minutes on hold when calling them. Very frustrating.
This is not a web site for any particular organization Its a place to leave and read reviews for different organizations. No one from Gardiner Family Practice is associated with this site.
You have to be their patient and sign up for the FollowMyHealth patient portal
They all suck & they all leave a yr after they start. Then a new doc....same thing every year, ive been forced to go there bc the other options are worse! FMI is a joke....so is this new hospital!" Its so far away...patients die on the way there!
