Been twice and they treat it like an inconvenience at best. They have their regulars and you better call when it's convenient or they'll just let it ring. Did I mention the haircut actually sucked? Well, it did. I assume it's the area and they are just accustomed to privileged people and so they act the same. Go somewhere else and get a cheaper and better cut.

Great service here. Jen's been my go-to for several years; Sara if I can only get their on Jen's day off. I always walk out with an excellent haircut and neck shave. I do recommend calling ahead to lock in an appointment as they can get busy, particularly if you want a specific barber.

I have been going going to this local Barber shop for 3 years even through pandemic when they had no business I was in there getting $30 haircuts. To kick out a loyal customer and not be flexible is bad business. Oh and today is my birthday, I even asked for. Birthday break. No not even says Sara, also the barber Mariam should have opened her mouth , I even brought my son there few times. Now they lost my business and have to explain to owner “ why are you treating loyal customers like crap”? My appointment was at 10:40a today with Mariam , I text the barber at 1040 said I would be there in 5 min, she’s says ok and when I get there SARA tells me I missed my appointment and will need to reschedule. It was 10:50 and I already told the barber I was on my way.
