One tire had a slow leak, I made an appointment for noon but then dropped it off early as we were gone for the day. I got a call saying it was ready earlier than expected. They found a screw in the tire so they put a plug in it. They didn't charge me for the service which is unheard of today! When they did receive in return is a repeat customer for my vehicle service needs. The staff was very polite, overall it was as much a pleasurable experience you could have when getting your vehicle serviced.

Scheduling and customer service was fabulous and easy to deal with. My new tires are great. My only issue was the front desk guy was SUPER pushy with paying the $64 for the 4 wheel alignment. I have a front wheel drive car. And the front wheel alignment was included in the price. As far as I'm concerned a full alignment should be included in the price. I told him I was all set but thank you. And I got " well if your tires wear faster than they should that's on you not us." I'm just trying to keep the car going for another 2 years. It was already $450. Other than the rude dude with the customer service skills of a wet cat, they were fast and my car drives way better now.

The tires are great most of the time but they tell you it's free talk to two people set up your appointment and then you get there they go how you settling the balance we asked the balance Yes was only $9 but the point is 2 people told me it was free and I paid for the warranty then I get in my truck and they didn't even inflate my tires all the way

Tim did a great job guiding me through my snow tire purchase. Josh the service manager made sure I was in and out super quick while making sure the job was done correct. Austin the alignment tech made a noticeable difference in how my car drives. Thank you very much!!!
