Terribly overpriced for what they offer you. My boyfriend lives here with our newborn and the downstairs neighbor complains all the time about a crying baby and is very rude to us. She’s literally a KAREN. She freaked out over us changing our baby and feeding her in the middle of the night saying we were “stomping”. Management was unprofessional and with our situation we just had a baby on July 4th and had no time to figure out our living situation together but they freaked out on my boyfriend several times telling us to figure out my application. We honestly are trying to get out of this apartment and I do not recommend living here.

Our stay here has been fine so far, however the major inconvenience we face will be charging our electric vehicle. We have been advised to charge out EV daily to optimise the battery life. Yes there are charging stations within the property but if we were to charge our vehicle overnight daily, we will be paying $500-$600 a month on top of the $200 parking fee. The price is steep. For EV owners, please keep this in mind before signing the lease!

Shaker & Oven was great. Good atmosphere, service, drinks and pizza. Look forward to checking out other places at Mercato Grove!
