Olivia is the best! My daughter and I went in for matching tattoos of very fine detailed line work. We had our consult with a basic concept and her final drawing was better than either of us had imagined. And she executed it perfectly! Also, it was my daughter's first tattoo and Olivia was so nice and gentle with her and talked her through ever step. My daughter and I are thrilled with our new art and both agree that we have found our artist for any future tattoos. Thank you Olivia!

When I first got my ears pierced at Claire's when I was about 5, they were fine for a bit but then had an extreme reaction, leading to me having to let them close up. I waited a few years to let my ears settle down, but I wanted them pierced again. I decided on this place. It was very nice- there were many hypoallergenic (and cool) earring options, and the staff was really friendly. They pierced my ears very cleanly; I've had these piercings for a few years now and they have never given me any problems. I am planning to get another ear piercing done there soon. 10 out of 10, would reccommend for good quality ear piercings and friendly, fun employees. :) (P.S. don't get your ears pierced at Claire's)

My wife had her nipples pierced as a young teen and not well. Unfortunately the holes stayed open after only 3 days. We went in to Skin City to see about getting them redone. The awesome lady Jess knew her stuff but asked us to come in and see her mentor because she didn't feel quite comfortable doing the repair. "Mad respect" Steve was absolutely great and knowledgeable. The professional we all hope for when the time comes. My wife would like me to mention that their setup and environment was professional without being stuffy.

Megan pierced my daughter's ears. It was her third piercing. She was very pleasant and great with my daughter. She explained everything as she was doing things. This helped ease her anxiety. I would highly recommend skin city and Megan for piercings!
