I understand accidents happen and typically like my experiences here and I go here everyday but twice in a row I’ve paid extra for vanilla sweet foam and there has not been any added to both drinks. I don’t understand making me pay extra for no sweet foam or only adding a small amount that I cannot even see in my cup. Hopefully this Starbucks picks back up it’s consistency.

Rude customer service at 11 am on July 11th. Asked to repeat what she said because I couldn’t hear her clearly at the drive thru. Her voice instantly changed like she was annoyed. I was like, ok.. I am glad I could hear you this time cuz If I had to ask you again I wasn’t sure she was still willing to take my order.. Once I got my coffee, I asked if I could have the foam on top of the coffee, she was adamant that it is ultimately the same thing having foam on the top or ‘mixed’ with coffee. She said it was already made a few minutes ago that’s why I couldn’t see the foam- but it’s ‘in there’. I had to get out of there before she blew up on me!

While I tend to shy away from corporate driven coffee shops, this is one of the most consistent Starbucks locations in terms of customer service and quality of coffee and food offerings. The friendly staff makes a conscious effort to remember you if you’re a regular and make you feel like a member of their family. They have a knack for providing fast yet efficient service that is sure to boost your day. In turn, it’s worth your while to drive the extra mile or two and visit this location. B+/A-
