The bathrooms inside of this terminal are larger and cleaner than the ones located outside of it. They have this cruise terminal organized fairly well. Beware: we had a 10 am check in time to board our ship but they were so delayed we had to spend a couple of hours sitting inside the terminal absolutely starving with no food options- so you may want to pack a snack in your bag that you carry on with you- so to speak.

The cruise was great. But the food was not that good. They are charging for the sky ride. $12:00 isn't much. We didn't do it. Big line the whole time. Definitely kid friendly. We love cruising with carnival but this was a little bit different. Now they are charging for the barbecue restaurant. I ran into a problem with one of the kitchen workers fixing the ice cream machine. I showed him something and grabbed it out of my hand. I get he had to clean up after some peoples teenagers but they were not mine and He was very very rude. I am still giving a 5 star cause we did have fun. And they were being very safe and was cleaning really good. Wearing face masks and having everyone wear them. Can't wait to cruise again. Ohh yeah. The hamburgers were amazing. And the blue iguana yum yum. I would highly suggest this cruise line. This was our 4th one and definitely will be back with carnival. Safe travels to all the amazing workers and captain and his crew. Tell we meet again

Maria, the terminal services several cruise ships. Each company has their own lost and found department. I found an online form for Carnival at this URL: https://www.chargerback.com/ReportLostItemCBEmbed.asp?CustomerID=15114 IT will give you a place to start.
After getting your parking ticket you have the option of turning left to go park immediately or continue straight to drop off luggage and passengers. Lots of people accidentally enter the parking area first and end up exiting to try again. Look for the signs.
Yes, it's $20/day per car. No matter if it a sedan, SUV. It's $20/car per day.
YES, a very large waiting area. Don't know what time your check-in is, but they have a pretty good system there. STAY to the RIGHT as you enter in your car! Ridiculous bottleneck at the entrance.
οΏΌ Cruise ship crew members do not have a traditional street address like most people. Instead, the ship on which they work is their home for extended periods, sometimes lasting 9 months or longer if a crew member decides to re-up for a new contract. Crew members can leave the ship for a short time while it's in port, but they must return in a few hours and continue on the job. If you wish to send mail to a crew member, follow these guidelines. Find out what cruise line the crew member works for. Find out the name of the ship on which he is stationed. Find out the identification number of the crew member. Make sure you include the correct spelling and full name of the crew member before sending a letter. If the crew member you wish to contact is at sea, most cruise lines have a general phone number and address where crew members can be reached regardless of their current location. Many cruise ships also make Internet available to crew members.
