Small and limited selection compared to other Goodwill’s. Hardly any shoes or pants. Prices are also on the higher end- especially the “handpicked” items. On the plus side, it’s pretty organized and clean. It would be nice to have more than one register open.

They recommend masks for their customers but they don't require it for their workers. They have an anti-masker working there who is rude to the customers. I'm not going there again anytime soon.

Pretty nice store , but relatively expensive as good will goes. They have products that look brand new in packaging surprisingly , I assume extra stock from local stores. I've never seen this at a goodwill so that's pretty awesome !

Goodwill Northern New England is committed to the health and safety of our donors, shoppers, employees and program participants during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have implemented CDC and State recommended protocols, including but not limited to safe social distancing, the use of PPE, frequent sanitizing and pre-work employee screenings. This has been our policy from the outset of the COVID-19 pandemic and we continue to follow the guidelines set by the states where we operate.
We do, but we wouldn't be able to assist you if it's an oversized item (social distancing safety), so please hold onto those for now. Goodwill employees will monitor this process from behind locked doors and cannot assist donors for safety reasons. We cannot give donation receipts at this time, however there will be a scanable QR code at all locations, which will bring you to this page where you can print your own donation receipt for tax purposes.
Mask wearing isn't mandated in Maine, and stores will not and should not police the wear of such. But as concerned citizens, we should be wearing them in any enclosed building, to protect ourselves at the very least.
