This location stole $25 from me last year. I had a Visa gift card and told the cashier when I was there that I no longer had it and wanted to do an exchange on an item instead of a refund. She promised me that she could refund only the amound I paid on my credit card and not have to complicate things with the amount I spent on my gift card. She was wrong. They refunded to my gift card, which was trashed at the point of sale so NOT in my possession, and then refused to give me the money back OR give me store credit. They blamed me and said they would do nothing. Even when the manager called her support line and asked how to undo it they told her it was within her discretion to credit me. She refused. It was a gift for my birthday, too. I also called their customer service line 1-2 times and was treated without empathy. I again felt blamed and they said I need to have the gift card or know the number's on it to be refunded. I'm so paranoid someone else will devalue me as a customer that I now take photos of all gift cards given to me so I can avoid this ever happening to me again. Not a huge amount, I know! But that is the reason why they should have credited me on top of it being their fault. Ulta makes a ton of money. I'm just the little guy in this scenario. I refuse to shop with them ever again and tell other's of my poor treatment. If they'd correct their error, I'd reconsider shopping there in the future. But with the pandemic and inflation, I really don't have $25 to throw away. Thanks Ulta. Since Ulta responded on 7/23/22 they say they will make improvements based on my feedback... well don't start tomorrow love. Try now, with me. They made NO apologies and NO effort to rectify their error. Their comment is an attempt to save face and is actually working against them. Would love to give this location 0 stars. They don't care about their consumers; just about getting their money.

It's always was great but times changed....disappointed a lil.To bed they dnt have any perfume gift sets that shoud be in store on daily basis and prices r reducles as of now you can go to eather Armani Beauty or Ralph Lauren and get more for less 🤷‍♀️and if you trying to find a sales person or ask questions...Good Luck ....what a shame ....

This app and rewards card seemed like a great idea because it worked great for family members. But NOT for me! Half the time the app doesn't load or it freezes. And it always says "Due to system updates our website is unavailable" ever since i got the app and it says it when i try and make a payment. I even tried calling the bank that they use twice. The 1st time it said that no one can access anyone's accounts "due to the system update"(more like error). The second time i called they oddly said the same thing but also said that their offices were closed. I dont understand what is going on but i have been trying to make a payment for the last 4 days and it keeps saying the same thing no matter what! Sorry but I won't be using the Ulta rewards credit card ever again!! There is to many issues! Don't get the card!! It feels like they are just wanting to still your money and ruin your credit scores. I'm very unhappy with this! I have had this card for a year and it has been nothing but problem after problem. Hope this helps other people! And to the Ulta company if you wanted a "Rewards card" should have made on they you get point anytime you buy thing and with enough points, you can use those to buy more things.
