Such a nice staff at this facility! Very helpful and informative. Honest group. We asked for things in stock and a certain frame sofa, they had it available for Pick up and an employee on hand to help load in covered trailer! A steel frame sofa, a comfort chair, a serta deep oversized chair, a washer and dryer and a sofa table! Saved us from multiple trips to multiple furniture stores!

Bought a couch from R & B Home Source. Great customer service! Looking to purchase future appliance upgrades from here instead of Lowe’s or HomeDepot. Feels good to help local businesses and not chains. I highly recommend this store. If they don’t have on the floor what you want, they can most likely get it for you.

We came in looking for a new fridge, as ours was dying very quickly and we didn’t want to lose our food. After taking a look at what they had and not overly impressed by the prices, we decided to ask for assistance from the staff that we had yet to see. Or ever see, in the end. We waited almost a half hour for someone to help us or even recognize that we had entered their store. No one bothered to come out, so we left and got a much better deal from Walmart.

The folks in this store are always amazing! Their customer service is second to none. They've always been the most accommodating and never make a big deal out of our four year old running through the store with excitement. Highly highly recommended!
