The Bartender must have been having a really bad day. She was very hostile at our group because we showed up and she didn't plan on having enough food for the night. Snapped at all of us. Complained to us how we basically ruined her night. Are you kidding me? Our group always drops a few hundred dollars into the establishment when we're there. When running a business you always have a plan if something comes up. Don't blame your paying customers for your faults. Be the bigger person and own it, it's not a bad problem to have, at least you're getting the business in a global pandemic. I'm not sure what her issue was with us but she needs to grow up, be more people friendly and not snap at customers bringing business to your establishment. Adjust the attitude or quit your job, just because YOUR miserable doesn't mean others need to be. Word gets around very quickly.

We're here from Florida so we're trying to get used to how different things are in this area. It took a couple months before knowing this bar exists in this town. We've been on a Friday and a Saturday night now, they had live bands both times. It's entertaining, the crowd definitely has a fun time & we had fun watching. I don't know how many people in Newport & Palmyra like a club scene because it's a very small crowd here & I believe the only bar in this area. We're just glad we found the M room, for now. We'll go during the day to watch football & eat next time. I don't get how this is a sports bar yet they close at 8pm on Sunday, the biggest day for NFL games. Looks like it's mostly a Fri night & Sat night bar. The bartenders weren't very friendly, they didn't look happy to be there but it didn't make or break this place. It has potential if anyone cares... The staff?.. customers?... I'm not so sure anyone does
