I just left lunch hour. This was the cleanest Jersey Mike's I've ever been i. Every customer was greeted with either sir or Ma'am. I am so impressed. I had to do a review.. I personally think every member of this staff is going to change the world if they put their mind to it...SALUTES to the manager..

I have been coming to this location since they opened. I've never had a problem until yesterday. I make the drive four times a month to get sandwiches for me and my employees so I spend a decent amount of money there. Yesterday, I went again. I got there a half hour before the store opened and I waited because I wanted that sandwich. I was told to wait, which isn't really a problem, I was there early so I understand that it takes a minute to get everything up and running. There was only one employee in the whole store, and when I placed my order I had to repeat it several times. Finally, when he was making the sandwiches he cut the bread and started slicing ham. I noticed that the ham that was being sliced was the very last bit of the ham was breaking apart as he sliced it and only put parts of the ham on the bread. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't appreciate being given scraps of meat when I'm paying fifteen dollars for a good sandwich. I said something to the employee about this and he had the audacity to ask if I wanted extra meat. How can you ask if I want extra meat when you haven't even given me the meat that I payed for. I just said, "Forget this" and left. I've never had any problem the whole time I've been coming to this location.

We have been to this location countless times. I noticed the last time the sandwiches were smaller and very sloppy. Tonight we thought we would give them one more try. Well that was a mistake and a waste of money. We were told that they had new people in charge and wow can you tell. The bread was hard as a rock. When I asked for mayo the young man barely got any the bread and Mike's way should be called just a little! The sandwiches are small and not worth the expensive price. We will not be back and I will continue to let everyone know not to waste money here.
