Showed up at 1:15 PM and came across a note on the door that they were closed for lunch from 1 PM to 2 PM. Not so friendly employee with little to no customer service skills eventually showed up at 2:10 PM with an attitude like I was bothering him and had just woken up from his nap. 🙄 😆 Oh well.. guess that's what happens when you have a business that's mandatory for people to use. Owners are probably making bank hiring people with no customer service skills and paying them garbage. 😉

Make sure to arrive before 5:45 pm or you might not get service from Sophie B. I do not get off work until 5:30 and when I arrived at 5:50ish, Ms. Sophie B. scolded me and basically told me I'm lucky to get service. They close at 6 - not sure what that was about; however, if the business wants their employees to go home at 6 they should probably close sooner than 6. Ms. Sophie B. was very fast. I miss the older African American gentleman. He made my smog check pleasant every year.
