Dr. Lore is our now vet go-to for our babies and has been for the past 3+ years. Although my dog-son can be a handful, they have continued to show Max love! I always appreciate Dr. Lore and the Seminole staff for their patience and professionalism. Thank you so much!

I love this office! And have never had an issue with the staff or anything at all. I had a wellness plan for my pup since I adopted him when he was 7 at various Banfield hospitals. And honestly my only real complaint is when your dog passes you can't just cancel your wellness plan. I understand it's more of deferred payments of the cost of the yearly plan. Not a subscription. But 7 years ago it wasn't sold to me like that. And I was on the senior plan, so I paid a bit more. You would think they'd make that a bit more clear. Also, for this year I've not used all of the services the plan even provided so I would assume I wouldn't have to pay the remaining balance to cancel. Granted this issue isn't with the office itself. And I still do believe the wellness plan is worth it, but this has me contemplating when I finally get my next pup if I return.

Picture is my buddy, Tuck, getting in to something he knows better than to do! And I thank God AND Dr. Lori & the Seminole team that he's still here with me, fully able to do exactly that. Without them I am near-certain he would have passed on months ago. Instead, he's here with me now, living his best life. And I count every day a gift to still have him by my side. Dr. Lori and the crew at this Banfield location are the best team of Vet and Vet Techs I've ever interacted with. Don't hesitate for one second to bring your pet here. If they're in need, the people at this location work wonders!

How do I pay for an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).

My cat has very hard poops and very dry, shes fine in every other way. What can I do to help her??

She sounds dehydrated. Make sure she has plenty of clean drinking water available to her at all times. Change the water in her bowl every 4-6 hours or you can buy a pet fountain that circulates and filters the water.
