Can't check local inventory on-line, must have an account to buy, no local contact, call national toll-free number spend hours on hold n find out nothing local where you need it now. If you need anything fast, avoid.

Excellent help at the sales desk. One item I wanted wasn't in stock but will arrive quickly. It was an item I couldn't find elsewhere.

Don't buy anything from here. Big company does not care about little customer. Their store is located so far out and their hours are ridiculous - 7:30a to 4p and closed weekends! If you are a little guy, they won't care about you, just the sale. I bought a 2" buckle to repair my camping equipment, turns out it's too big. Went there on a Monday, a day they were supposed to be open... turns out they were closed due to COVID, but reopening the next day! Took the afternoon off to do that. So now, it's past the 30-day return. Now I'm stuck with 2" buckles that are of no use. I'll buy from somewhere else.

It varies on the item, usually a year to return the item if unused. If damaged, take it back to the branch and they will get you situated
